Field service, commissioning & compliance-focused engineering
We provide on-site startup, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, and performance optimization for
electrochemical water treatment, advanced oxidation (AOP) disinfection and wastewater remediation systems.
Our team supports U.S. facilities directly and can engage internationally for critical or compliance-driven plants.
Typical response workflow: remote technical review → on-site visit if needed → documented performance and action plan.
Preventive & corrective maintenance
We service and stabilize mission-critical units so they run safely, consistently and within spec. This includes:
- Ozone (O₃) generators
- On-site sodium hypochlorite generators
- Copper ion systems
- pH conditioning / neutralization units (pH 7⁺ / pH 7⁻)
The goal is simple: reliable uptime, predictable OPEX, and documented safe operation. This matters in food & beverage, potable water service, healthcare water safety, aquatics, agriculture/processing and heavy industry.
Optimization, tuning & compliance support
We help your existing system hit its targets instead of replacing it. Typical scope:
- Electrochemical polishing / wastewater remediation tuning
- Advanced oxidation (AOP) performance and kill curve validation
- Treatability and load studies, including scaling tendency / metals / organics
- Commissioning & re-commissioning of installed assets
- Documentation bundles for internal quality / environmental audit teams
End result: measurable performance, evidence you can hand to Quality / EHS / regulatory, and a path to extend asset life instead of capex-replacing it.
How we work: remote assessment → guided diagnostics → targeted site visit (if needed) → documented findings (technical and compliance).
You get a prioritized action plan with clear OPEX and risk impact.
Request an initial technical review (no cost)
We’ll identify immediate failure risks, optimization opportunities and compliance exposure in your current system.
